Montgomery County Adult Probation/Parole Department
The Montgomery County Adult Probation and Parole Department provides community supervision for offenders, which allow them an opportunity to become productive members of the community. Their goal is to protect the public’s safety, aid in the rehabilitation of the offender and to provide compliance with the orders of the Court. In addition to general supervision, they provide inter-county and interstate supervision; conduct and prepare pre-sentence investigations and reports; and maintain an intensive supervision unit for drugs and alcohol, dual diagnosed and mental health offenders. They also provide house arrest and electronic monitoring, and a community service program.
