Mental Health Association of Southeastern PA

The Representative Payee program assists consumers of mental health services who are unable to handle their own finances.  Their goal is to help program participants budget their own money but for those who can't, the Rep Payee Program provides this service to help ensure all bills are paid in a timely manner and that personal spending is provided for their needs.  The program accepts individuals receiving Social Security benefits and active case management from Montgomery, Philadelphia, Chester and Delaware Counties.
