Maternity Care Coalition - Norristown Area Early Head Start/MOMobile
Child and maternal health and development for pregnant women and infants through community based outreach. The MOMobile is a family support program providing prenatal care and other health and social services through pregnancy and the first year of a baby's life. Early Head Start is a comprehensive child development program offering free linguistically and culturally appropriate health, education and social services to income eligible families that include a pregnant woman and/or children, ages 0-3. Child centered services are offered in the family's home or the childcare center.
