Provides services to ethnic minorities. Has Spanish, Vietnamese, and Hungarian interpreters. Educational programs include family literacy, GED, adult ESL, citizenship preparation, and children's summer reading program. Also administers a clothing and food pantry to families in the Souderton School District as needed. Call for information on hours and any restrictions.
