Fair Housing Rights Center in SEPA

The Fair Housing Rights Center in SEPA is committed to ensuring equal housing opportunities in Montgomery County regardless of race, religion, gender, age, disability, familial status, or national origin. The Center offers the following services: Education and Outreach; Complaint Resolution and Advocacy; Homeseeker Assistance; and Information and Referral. Through the Council’s services, the Center holds community workshops on fair housing rights for homeseekers and tenants. The Center also conducts trainings on fair housing laws and responsibilities for housing providers, realtors, property managers and advertisers. As well, the Council provides counseling, complaint investigation, referrals, advocacy and assistance with mediation for those who feel they have experienced discrimination.
