Provides case management for those with a diagnosis of mental retardation in Montgomery County. If a baby is born premature, high risk, or is suspected of having a developmental problem, Montgomery County Early Intervention will evaluate the baby and assist with locating early intervention services. For MR intake (age 3 and up) contact Brigitte Cavanaugh and for Early Intervention intake contact Kathy Marine.
