Programs include: emergency services (food and clothing), utility assistance (financial help with delinquent utility payments), food resources, housing assistance (rental and homeowners), VITA Program (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance), Family Savings Account Program, home weatherization, budget/credit counseling, employment and training, small business training, case management, outreach, information and referral services.  CADCOM works with other agencies to develop and administer community and economic development programs designed to provide the tools needed to achieve self-sufficiency.
